These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FollowMiner platform ("Service"), operated by Ettay Ventures and Barletta Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FollowMiner allows users to upload their Instagram data export, parse follower information, and receive enriched profile data and analytics about their audience. The Service processes data client-side where possible and enriches follower profiles using third-party data sources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Access to certain features of the Service requires a one-time payment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• ■No refunds shall be issued in the event that the Service ceases to operate, is discontinued, becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, or fails to function correctly, whether in whole or in part.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refund shall be due upon termination.
